Talentime 2005
Spectacular performance by my Magneto babies!!! Was down at the Talentime Finals this evening. The top three prizes all goes to my Magneto babies!!! wooohooo~~!!!!!
Seekz and CJ were coolz and steady in their duel performance, wonderful entertaining skills and marvellous guitar skills. Gilson was suave in his attire, thou he was kinda nervous yet he did his song well. Dionne was a brave ger to do her fast song without any background music, the only one whom din change her song due to the technical fault. Great attitude and stage presentation.
A fresh experience this year, a blackout during talentime. No lights, speakers & microphones not working, aircons were down, the whole place was totally pitched dark. I thot it was their way of creating an ambience intially. All singers were asked to continue with their performances, without any microphones and music. Sounds kinda challenging to most of them. Most changed their songs during the nick of time. Lucky for those, holding onto their guitars.
Glad datz my babies did a great job. Dionne was kinda shocked when she got the first position in the solo category. CJ and Seekz were kinda the "expected ones" to receive their trophy for the winner of the duet cateogory. Was kinda sad dat Wayne, a guy whom I personally feels dat he had sang well, din even got into the top 5. The judges suckz. Even during their own performances, practically everyone was happily chit-chating instead of listening to them. *Booooo~~~* The whole show ended at ard 1030pm. Everyone looks deadbeat. Hope we can meet up for bbq session soon.
Board the bus to sch this early evening. Saw a malay lady, spitting on the bus and throwing rubbish!! Manz, how gross can dat be?!! Imagine the germs from her spit, spreading ard in the bus to all the passengers? Wad if she's down with some kinda illness, worst still, SARS related or bird flu? Damn, feel like scolding her, but dun wana create a scene on the bus. Keep giving her a bad stare, and she thot why I was looking at her all the way. Luckily I alighted after a few stops, dun wana catch some kinda fucking illnesses from her.
My KTV crave is coming againz. ARGH~!!! Its unbearable!!! Hope everything goes well on Sundae. *cross fingers*. CDSS gang, chilling out session next wk!! *cross fingers X2* Hope everything goes according to plan.
