BOSSES @ VIVO CITY.

Went down to this dim-sum restaurant to try out their food on Friday. There's this very good promotion going on - 50% discount on ALL dim-sum(s) and desserts serving from 2.30pm to 5pm, Mon - Sat !!!

Compulsory snack appetizer - spring roll, cucumber & carrot (S$3.80 not discountable).

Front page of the menu. Coolz.

Char Siew Cheong Fun. Quite nice as compared to Crystal Jade's. The sauce's not too salty and the char siew's quite lean *Definitely MUST try* (S$6.00 before discount).

Signature Custard Buns. My first time trying a custard bun and this is marvellous! The custard really ooze out like nobody's business. *Definitely MUST try* (S$4.80 before discount).

Green Tea Scallop Siew Mai. Taste like normal prawn dumplings. Average. (S$5.80 before discount).

Har Gow a.k.a prawn dumplings. The prawns are quite fresh and gonna eat it fast while its hot, cuz' the skin will harden once it cools, which makes it not so tasty afterwhich. There's no chilli sauce provided on the table (unless you ask for it), very traditional HK style indeed.

I ate it plain and fresh. This is the way to taste the freshness of the prawns ga ~~ (S$4.50 before discount).

Xiao Long Bao(s). Hot and extremely juicy buns !!! Its' even "juicier" as compared to Crystal Jade's and Ding Tai Fung's. However, the meat filling seems kinda rough and a lil' fatty. *Definitely MUST try* (S$6.00 before discount).

Mango Cream with Pomelo & Sago. How can we leave out such nice dessert, right?! Quite nice and the mango cream's quite thick. *Definitely MUST try* (S$4.50 before discount).
