Let's begin with people calling us, Sporeans, with the virtue of Kiasuism and Kiasiism in wadever things datz happening. Have you seen the "Ah-Tiongs" being XXX times more kiasu and kiasi den us??!! When dere's freebies, you'll definitely see dem loitering ard you. Since most of the "Ah-Tiongs" are being well-trained in farms and plantations all the way back in their villages, never doubt their strength in snatching n pushing. And dis meant for the female "Ah-Tiongs" as well.
First, let's talk bout queueing up. As you can see, when dere's any big events, grand sales, freebies give away, we're alwayz queueing up. Automatically. Regardless of bus interchange, Mango storewide sale (50% - 70% discount), IT exhibtitions, Adidas warehouse sale, taxi stands, etc. I remembered once when I was doing corporate mobile sales at dis huge government-based factory. As usual, "Ah-Tiongs" were one of the bigger population in terms of technical-based companies. Once we stepped into the room, they started to run forward bombing us with millions of enquires. My IC shouted dem to queue up, yet none followed. As a professional and polite sales person like me, I replied with, "excuse me sir, can you please queue up 1st? I'll attend to you shortly. So sorry sir." I was actually damn pissed off, which my replied shld be, "oei, damn ah-tiong, are you blind? Cant you see I'm serving ur tiong-mate itzzi? Can you show me some respect and manner?!!" I understand dat you've lotsa enquires to make before deciding to get a handset. But please, even the Banglas understand the words, Queue up.
Next, talking bout language. Yes, I noe you can speak damn freaking marvellous chinese and you're proud of dat. But hey, dis is Spore. If you cant even speak proper english, please dun assumed dat I must be well-versed in your language. I'm a pure Sporean, I speak my own chinese. Please stop commenting on us. Stop giving me dat "you-are-a-chinese-yet-you-cant-explain-in-proper-chinese" look.
Stop taking your own sweet time and tink dat the whole world belongs to you. I was rushing to dis shopping mall to grab my last min shopping for tmr's camp when dis bunch of "Ah-Tiongs" were walking infront of me. As you know, some shopping malls are kinda packed during wkends, you can expect the urgency of some shoppers. I know you guys hardly have the time to shop (where else can you go except for your factories and Chinatown?). This woman was making her ants' steps infront of me while I was trying to cut thru them. She was swinging her Tiongish handbag to and fro, giggling with her "Ah-Tiong" frens without realising I was actually behind her. Damn! How I wish I can swing her upside down, kick her in the arse and scold her in a cheena accent!!
Now, talking bout freebies and premiums. When I'm alwayz doing corporate sales at certain companies, "Ah-Tiongs" who came and purchased handsets from us will definitely ask for some freebies. As a professional and polite sales person, I usually replied with, "sorry Mdm or Sir, we have no more stock for the freebies. All are given out. I'm so sorry." Sporeans will replied saying dat its okie, nevermind, blah blah. But "Ah-Tiongs" will never understand wad we're trying to explain. They will replied you with, "No, No. You stated in the flyers dat dere'll be free gifts? How can I dun have? Then must give me some discount lar. Or you go get from the main shop. Tmr I cum get from you." Wadz the freaking problem with you!?!? No freebies, you can die itzzi?!
When we promised to give you freebies, sometimes its "understandable" in our application forms. Certain promos cum with certain premiums. You dun nid me to state down each and every single items rite. Even if I dun state down in my application form, you'll still get the premiums. Or else, please feel free to complain. Datz your bonus skills. When we give out freebies, please DUN ask for the colour or whether the size fits you. Hallo?! Its a free gift?! Is dat clear to you?!?!?!
