PAULANER AGAIN !!
Another round of chilling session over at Paulaner last night. But before that, I had verrry sumptuous meals for brunch.
Watched the show, Coffee Talks & Hawker Woks hosted by Fiona Xie (oh well~~) and they were introducing this beef noodles store at Clementi. Decided to leave my stomach empty till 130pm and we headed down to try.
I guess its was somewhat over-rated. Had the soup-based beef kuey-tiao and the price wasn't very cheap as well. But the portion was quite big, enough to last you till dinner time mann (don't forget to top it with the sour chilli sauce with the chilli flakes). However we were still not very satisfied and carried on to our next destination, Tiong Bahru Market.
Alrite, over there we had Lor Mee and ice desserts. The Lor Mee is just marvellous mann! The shark meats are so tender and melts in your mouth, the gravy is not too starchy, neither its too watery and not forgetting the garlic, special-made chilli and lottttttssssaa vinegar which brings out the wonderful taste of the Lor Mee !!!
So peeps, if you're keen to have a taste of this yummilicious Lor Mee, please visit Tiong Bahru Market, store name - 178 Lor Mee. Please go around late afternoon, as the crowd will be lesser and the food will taste nicer too! *Grinz*
As for dinner, we went for NYDC and down to Paulaner after that. It always a MUST for me to go down Paulaner for a drink when I'm in CityHall area. As usual, this place never fails to bring a smile onto me.
There was a huge crowd initially. Put down my name, waited for couple of minutes before we can get a decent table inside. Just few minutes away, the band arrived. Yeap, my favourite Belinda aka Bel performing again!! *Wide Grinz*
So I wrote in a dedication
Claudia is always busy, yet she came and disturb me as well. Bel walked past me and gave me a smirking face. Even my friends said I'm like one of the regulars over there till the staff and singer could recognise my face!! Oh well, wad can I say ?!! *Grinz*
