MANUAL OR AUTOMATIC ???

Off work early on thurs and I went ahead to collect the rented car with my friends over at Paya Lebar. Went over to Geylang for frog-legs porridge, infamous beef horfan and beancurb with my friends and yw's classmates to celebrate her bday. After which, we drove down to Kovan to pick up Wee and headed to the usual hangout place, Grapevine. Usual chats and gossips till shop closed.

Next up, time for me to test drive!! The most exciting moment of the night. I actually drove quite a few miles and dashed across traffic lights too!! (when its safe for me to cross over, of cuz'!!) I can finally parked the car nicely into the lot too. So proud of my achievement, at least for someone whom doesn't even have a proper basic theory yet. *Grinz*

Guess cuz' its an auto-car. Easier to manoeuvre. And I finally learnt the technique of using only my RIGHT foot to step onto the accelerator and brake (I used to step both the accelerator and brake with my feet, haha!!).

A nice experience, thou' its ILLEGAL. I just hope to get a feel of the car and more hands-on practices before I embarked onto the theories and practical lessons. So, shld I learn MANUAL or AUTO ?? SCHOOL or PRIVATE ??
