No Signboard Seafood - White Pepper Crabs.

Was looking very forward to dine at the No Signboard Seafood Restuarant, especially when I heard so many good comments on the white pepper crabs.
Stir-fried Asparagus with Mushrooms.
First dish, disappointment. I'm a very picky person when it comes to food, especially chinese cuisine since I'm a Cantonese. Vegetables without any Wok Hei (wok-taste) means that dish is completely gone. The starchy sauce doesn't make any difference. It only makes the mushroom more saltish.
Next up, Coffee Pork Ribs. Strong coffee fragrance when the waitress brought this dish over.
Its' my first time trying such dish and I can say, its' fairly done. Likewise, lacking of Wok Hei again. I reckoned the chefs can't really cook nice cantonese dishes and most of them might be mainly from China or Malaysia, rather than Hongkong. I still heart Tung Lok's Sam Leong better.

The ribs were nicely fried but with too much fatty meat in it. The dark coffee sauce was very sweet (must have added tons of sugar), but at least the coffee fragrance is there. Abit too oily as a whole.
Intending to order the Yang Chow Fried Rice, but the waitress strongly recommended this Jing Sha Fried Rice a.k.a House-Special Fried Rice.
It turns out to be quite sweet. Must be due to the chinese sausages added in to the rice. I love fried rice with lotssssa chinese sausages and my Mom will usually throw them in, if she's able to buy those good ones from Chinatown. Apparently she said only during Chinese New Year, we're able to get good ones flew in from HongKong. So she'll get plenty of them and definitely won't buy those common and greasy ones from Supermakets. Other ingredients like; egg, prawns and seaweeds were added in together as well. Overall, quite a nice dish to try.
The long-awaiting dish, 1.13kg of White Pepper Crab.
The white pepper gravy is marvellous! Even much better than the common black pepper we used to have. Huge Sri Lankan crab with claws on steroids, yielding plentiful meat that was finger-lickin' good. Drenched in savoury pepper sauce and with shells cracked at just the right places, we barely needed the tongs! However, it was quite pricey at 43 bucks for a 1.13kg of crab. Nevertheless, a definitely MUST TRY dish!
