Back to Hong Kong (Last Day)
Since it was our last day in Hong Kong and we left with quite a sum of cash in our float, we decided to treat ourselves to a much better meal for brunch.
烧鹅 (Roasted Goose). It was tad too oily to just eat it alone. So we definitely have to go with a bowl of rice.
烧乳鸽 (Roasted Pigeon)

What is Hong Kong without desserts? Realised the past four days we were almost having 1 dessert after every meals. Yee Shun Milk Company only deals with milk desserts and their puddings are quite famous too.
双皮奶 (steamed milk with "two films"). It is an acquired taste and basically a mixture of milk and egg white, steamed sometimes with ginger till it forms a pudding with a thin membrane layer on top. Smooth and silky dessert, but some people might find the taste of powdered milk too over-whelming. Check it out when you're in Hong Kong. It will definitely be a nice experience.
